Responsibility for smooth daily operation of the Club including, but not limited to: staffing, scheduling & training, member relations, rentals & club events, maintenance, ship store, retail & service operations (Bar, Pool, Marina), club website and communications. The job requires an individual with strong communication and customer service skills. Some food and beverage experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to train staff, detail oriented and safety minded. Boating knowledge/experience preferred, but not required. Candidates applying for this position must have an Associates Degree or 3 years work experience. This is a full time salaried position with benefits.
